All images contained within this gallery are the sole property of the photographer and are protected by U.S. copyright law. Images may not be copied, screenshot, downloaded, altered, cropped, filtered, or shared without written permission, except as permitted under purchased usage rights.

Downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Images may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, advertising, publication, contests, or professional editing without written consent.

Online galleries are guaranteed to remain available for a minimum of six (6) months from delivery. After this period, galleries may be archived or removed without notice. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images prior to expiration.

The photographer is not responsible for print quality or color accuracy for prints ordered through third-party labs. For best results, prints should be ordered directly through this gallery.
